These roles typically include housekeeping, food service, landscaping, and other hospitality-related positions. The 'in country' designation means the worker is renewing or transferring their H-2B status with a new employer, rather than applying from abroad. Building strong communication with supervisors and coworkers can help ease the transition and clarify expectations. Marriott provides orientation and training programs that support integration, and employees are encouraged to seek guidance from HR or their managers if they have questions about roles or responsibilities. Embracing flexibility and being proactive in learning the hotel's standards will help you succeed and feel more comfortable in your position.

Does Marriott do visa sponsorship?
