Yellowstone Club’s Housekeeping department is currently seeking candidates for Lodgekeepers for the Winter 2026-2027 season.

The Lodgekeepers will be responsible for cleaning in manner that meets Yellowstone Club standards and exceeds the expectations of our Members and their guests.

Responsibilities Include:

    • Clean all assigned Public/Common areas of the Club in strict accordance with standards.
    • Assist with member laundry as needed (occasionally loading cleaning rags in and out of front-load, residential style, stacked washers and dryers and occasionally folding linen hand towels used in front-of-house restrooms).
    • Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including but not limited to, sweeping; scrubbing; mopping; dusting; polishing; vacuuming; sanitizing and shampooing.
    • Will move from building to building in all weather conditions. May be asked to resupply our Membership areas on top of the ski slopes.
    • Conduct deep cleans of all Public/Common areas as assigned.
    • Ensure all Membership Public/Common areas, locker rooms, rest rooms, departmental offices, and Employee areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
    • Operate within various Lodgekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to Lodgekeeping services.
    • Follow assigned checklists, cleaning instructions and meet timeliness deadlines.
    • Check stock levels of all consumables and replace appropriately.
    • Report all needed maintenance issues to supervisors or management immediately.
    • Converse with the Membership and guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and being able to follow through on meeting those needs.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of our Members and the Public/Common areas being cleaned.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial laundry experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.
  • Speak/write English clearly/legibly
  • Occasionally talk and/or hear
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs
  • Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
  • Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Use vision to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned
  • As applicable, Housekeepers who will be driving must be able to operate multi-passenger vehicles, be 20 years of age or older, carry current valid U.S. or International Driver License, have driving record that meets Yellowstone Club insurance requirements, and be subject to Yellowstone Club Alcohol/Drug Policy and reasonable suspicion/post-accident testing
  • May be required to work outside in heat, extreme cold, rain, wind, snow or inclement weather
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, paid by the employer, carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers
