SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR 

The primary role of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to contribute to the success of JMC by performing all replenishment activities.  You will be responsible for demand planning for JMC customers across 2 distribution centers and ensuring stock compliance for a group of vendors and/or products, as well as maintaining inventory. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inventory analysis, identifying short and long-term needs and trends.
• Develop demand forecasts and purchasing plans for multiple distribution centers from the corporate headquarters.
• Execute purchase orders for multiple distribution centers.
• Determine transfer needs and be the backup person for executing transfers among distribution centers.
• Promotion and Testing analysis supporting the project teams with sales analysis and inventory projections
• Supply chain product forecasting to support new and updated menu or LTO’s
• Build, manage, and maintain healthy relationships with vendors.
• Track and communicate inventory of item transitions, deletions, and tests on a weekly
• Communicate and monitor the set-up of new items
• Develop KPIs and evaluation process to ensure service levels are met
• Initial point of communication for Cici’s locations regarding Quality Assurance related issues.
• Maintain vendor files and contracts
• Manage daily reporting: out of stocks, substitutes, proprietary inventory review, and item transitions.
• Maintain vendor contract files to ensure they are organized and in compliance for auditor purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality with proprietary information
• Meet or exceed all deadlines
• Assist supervisor with any job duties necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Organized, attention to detail, works well under pressure
• Must be able to plan and schedule accordingly to ensure all deadlines are met
• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitoring of own work to ensure quality
• Possesses an outgoing personality and an optimistic outlook
• Highly motivated, responsible, strong initiative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to recognize trends and react with a sense of urgency when needed
• Proficient in Excel a must with ACCESS knowledge a plus
• Understand DRP concepts to plan purchases into multiple distribution centers
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
