Job description

Job Title: Software Test Analyst
Work Arrangement: hybrid, in office 2-days a week
Location: Lansing, Michigan
Type: Contract Role
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
• Over 9 years' experience leading and reviewing QA testing, functional testing, system integration testing
• Over 9 years' experience coordinating user acceptance testing on projects and support.
• Over 6 years' experience maintaining test logs, defect logs, reviewing defects and prioritizing defects for resolution
• Over 6 years of experience mentoring and guiding testing team members on testing best practices, and feedback.
• Over 6 years' experience in DevOps or relevant tools to maintain test cases, test plans.
• Over 6 years' experience in preparing testing closure documents, creating and sharing testing metrics, updating testing logs, ensuring priority defects are completed and projects transition to maintenance.
• Over 5 years' experience in automated testing tools such as selenium, SmartBear and related tools on large projects.
