Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute software releases across vehicle programs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and deliverables.

  • Author detailed technical documentation and deliver high-impact presentations.

  • Implement robust project governance frameworks, defining critical-path timelines and deliverables.

  • Support vehicle software integration and lifecycle activities, including testing and validation.

  • Execute quality standards, including DVP&R and DFMEA, ensuring compliance with automotive standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish project frameworks, milestones, and critical-path timelines.

  • Solid understanding of vehicle software planning and release lifecycle; experience with Ford systems (WERS and IVS) preferred.

  • Practical knowledge of automotive quality standards, DVP&R, and DFMEA.

Education:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree.
