Qualifications

Associates degree in business and/or Information Systems or equivalent work experience
1-2 years Membership or Benefit experience, preferably in the medical insurance industry
Ability to analyze and manipulate data
Experience with Membership data validation and systems
Strong written and oral communication skills to present findings from data analysis to management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems
1-2 years' experience in system testing and report development
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot electronic data issues
Strong familiarity with quality assurance principles and testing procedure
Experience with issue tracking software programs
Web based and software testing experience
