Requirements/Responsibilities

Il Fornaio responsibilities and expectations::

* Minimum 1 years fine dining management and table service experience
* Hospitality driven guest and employee focus
* Strong organizational style with a keen eye for detail
* Upscale food knowledge with the ability to teach and train menu item specifics
* CA and Italian wine plus full service cocktail knowledge and experience
* History of achievement with guest service, expense control, guest & employee feedback
* A flexible schedule with weekend availability
* All new hires will complete the I9 form upon hiring.
