Founding Director, AI & Data Science
Build the Future of AI in Healthcare

Remote | USA | Silicon Valley & Austin Talent Encouraged

A rapidly growing PE-backed healthcare SaaS company is seeking its first dedicated AI leader.
HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGY is a MUST!!!!!
This is not a maintenance role.
You will define the AI vision, create the roadmap, launch customer-facing AI products, and build the team that turns AI into a competitive advantage across the business.
You'll partner directly with executive leadership, product, engineering, and customers to shape how AI is applied across healthcare operations and clinical workflows.
What You'll Own:
  • Enterprise AI strategy and execution.
  • Generative AI, LLM, and RAG initiatives.
  • AI product innovation and commercialization.
  • Building and leading a high-performing AI team.
  • Responsible AI governance in a healthcare environment.
