What we are looking for indiGO Auto Groups Ferrari Silicon Valley is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct phone calls to appropriate department or staff member.
  • Clearly communicate caller and customer inquiries to the appropriate party.
  • Welcome visitors to the showroom. Warmly acknowledge and greet walk-ins. Offer assistance and drinks.
  • Maintain showroom appearance (customer lounge, configurator room, reception area).
  • Take inventory of supplies and restock/order as necessary.
  • Replenish supplies in customer lounge, breakroom, and upstairs lounge.
  • Distribute mail and create UPS labels.
  • Book Atelier/Tailor-Made appointments.
  • Book Factory Tours.
  • Engage with service clients and orphan owner via phone and email. Scheduling, data collection, event rsvp, service follow-up, etc.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and other assistance as needed to offer support across the organization.
  • Scan Service ROs.
  • Send out Marketing materials.
  • Provide New Car Invoices.
  • Assist in marketing activations
  • All other duties assigned by Management.

This opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Positive attitude
  • Maintain professional appearance, as well as warm and engaging demeanor, at all times
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
  • Must have a valid drivers license

Pay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour.
