Bartender / Mixologist

Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is hiring knowledgeable, experienced, service-oriented Bartender.
Experience in a similar environment is needed.

Il Fornaio is an authentic Italian restaurant company. We provide an excellent training program, growth potential for promotion to Management, employee recognition and a full benefits package. Weekends are necessary.

Our successful bartender needs to be gracious, friendly and be able to multitask in a
high volume environment while focusing on exceeding guest expectations. Must have a
flexible schedule.

Prior experience as Bartender, barman, mixologist, bar back is very helpful to the success at this job.

RBS Certification Required

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
* Full bar service including wine, beer, specialty cocktails and coffees
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Il Fornaio standard drink recipes.
* Assume responsibility for the quality of guests experience.
* Maintains a Guest focus while performing duties.
* Adhere to food safety standards and procedures

Prior experience as Bartender, barman, mixologist, bar back is very helpful to the success at this job.
