R&D Technical InternWhy This Role Matters

The R&D Technical Intern will support product development, laboratory testing, and process improvement initiatives that help drive innovation and product quality within our manufacturing operations. This internship provides hands-on experience working with industrial chemistries while gaining exposure to research and development, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.

What You Will Do
  • Assist the R&D team with product formulation, laboratory testing, and process development activities.
  • Support testing and evaluation of silicone, acrylic, epoxy, and aqueous chemistries.
  • Perform calibration and validation of laboratory equipment and solutions.
  • Help troubleshoot production and quality challenges alongside R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and organized test data.
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and laboratory safety procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and special R&D projects as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • Previous laboratory experience through coursework, research, or internships preferred.
