Job Details Salary: Competitive pay based on experience Job Type: Full Time Location: Show Low, AZ 85901 Position Overview As an Automotive Service Technician, you play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent work habits and professional ethics. You will set personal service goals and monitor your progress to meet or exceed expectations. Primary Responsibilities Troubleshoot customer concerns accurately using the latest technical and administrative tools Provide courteous service to all customers and assist as a secondary greeter at the Service Drive Stay current on technical publications, Service Comm updates, and Asist terminal operations Ensure vehicle services are completed safely and correctly on the first attempt Address original customer concerns thoroughly before discussing additional sales Inspect vehicles to identify maintenance needs based on local and factory recommendations Return vehicles to customers clean or cleaner than when received Participate in factory or in-house training programs as offered Complete all paperwork thoroughly and attach required forms properly Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM, or Group Leader Arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain a clean and professional appearance Work Environment and Hours This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Show Low location. You will work in a professional automotive service environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
