Job Details Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full-Time Location: Show Low, AZ Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to maintain vehicle performance by performing lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Primary Duties Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections accurately. Identify and report any additional vehicle service needs. Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing. Deliver prompt and quality customer service with clear communication. Ensure a safe, clean, and OSHA/EPA-compliant work environment. Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting as needed. Adhere to management requests and company policies. Professional Standards Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all actions. Demonstrate professionalism with positive attitude and reliable attendance. Job Requirement:Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required. Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice. Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) according to company policy. Local state inspection license is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives. Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds. Regularly stand, sit, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle tools and controls. Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch. Required vision includes near, distance, peripheral, and adjusting focus. Operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times. Competencies Leadership: Promote ethical behavior and teamwork.
