Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Back Server to join the Food and Beverage Team at Bull & Bear!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time
• Shift: Various - must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay: $7.98 per hour plus tips

What will I be doing?

As a Back Server, you would be responsible forservice of food and/or beverage to include order inputting, table side preparation, and delivery of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

• Prepare table side food items
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
• When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to guest along with appropriate condiments. Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.
