Medical Insurance Billing Representative

Healthcare Outsourcing Network headquartered in Wheat Ridge, CO is looking to fill a few openings for work from home, medical insurance follow-up representatives, in your area. The insurance follow-up representative’s essential duties will be for hospital medical billing of Medicare, Commercial, Managed Care, and Medicaid. Billing and claim follow-up to result in resolution and payment.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must have current hospital billing experience
• Must have medical insurance billing and follow-up experience
• Medicaid Experience
• Medicare Billing Experience
• Meditech, Cerner, or Epic experience is required
• Must have appeals experience
• Possess excellent phone and customer service skills and abilities
• Able to communicate effectively
• Organized
• Dependable
• Resourceful
• Accurate and thorough in performing work assignments.
• Able to identify, analyze and solve problem
• Work well independently as well as with a team
• Meet the established goals for contacts and collections
• High speed internet
• A quiet work space, void of distractions or background noises

Bilingual skills a plus but not required.
