Warehouse Worker
Maple Heights, OH
1st Shift: 6AM-2:30PM, Monday - Friday, Occasional Overtime and Weekends Required
Position Overview
The Warehouse Worker I supports safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations at H.B. Fuller under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials while following established safety, quality, and inventory procedures. The position contributes to on-time customer delivery and a well-organized, compliant work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules, work instructions, and housekeeping standards.
Receive, inspect, and store materials using FIFO inventory practices.
Load and unload trucks, containers, and tankers for bulk and packaged goods.
Verify vehicle condition prior to loading or unloading.
Prepare and stage orders accurately to meet customer requirements.
Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
Maintain accurate, signed, and dated documentation.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
Demonstrated ability to operate a forklift and RF scanning equipment.
Ability to use basic computer applications and ERP systems.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 kg safely.
Preferred Requirements
Forklift certification.
Experience with inventory control or cycle counting.
Familiarity with quality sampling or inspection processes.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $21/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
