Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Hudson, WI is looking for Host/Hostess to join our strong team. We are located on 2410 Gateway Ct. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and making them feel welcome and thanking them when they leave and inviting them to return.
• Host/Hostess responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.
• For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.
• Ultimately, youll ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations.
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitresss name.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area and dining room.
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address customers queries.
• Assist wait staff as needed (taking out food bussing tables)

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• General Math Skills

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $20.00/hour.
