Restaurant Food Runner

The Food Runner is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Food Runner position assists Servers in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. Food Runners ensure all outgoing dishes are correctly prepared according to guest's specific requests including dietary restrictions. Food Runners present the food to the guest and are knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The qualified candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility, and prior food and beverage knowledge preferred but not required.

Qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage; at least 6 months of experience in hotels/restaurants
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
