Basic Job Scope:

Expected Length of Internship:
3 months during 2026 Fall.
As an internship company, we allow flexibility to enroll in classes while working as an intern, as long as it doesn't interfere with the essential functions of the position.
Education/Experience:
Completed sophomore year of college study with a finance/accounting major.
Required Skills/Competencies:
Technical Skills
Spreadsheets - Excel is essential. Pivot tables, vlookup, NPV and more
Financial Principles - Understand budgeting, forecasting, balance sheets, and investment analysis.
Data Analysis - Turn numbers into insights using financial modeling, ratio analysis, and excel tools.
Soft Skills
Communication- Report writing, presenting insights, and explaining complex data clearly
Attention to details - Small mistakes can lead to big financial consequences.
Time Management - Meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy
Problem-Solving - Break down financial issues logically and propose actionable solutions.
Basic Internship Scope (Project):
An intern is expected to approach their role with professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn. They should take ownership of assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain clear, respectful communication with colleagues. By actively seeking feedback, adapting to new challenges, and collaborating effectively, the intern contributes meaningfully to the team while developing their own skills. Demonstrating initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude ensures they not only gain valuable experience but also add measurable value to the organization.
Project: Long Term Planning
Upon the completion of this internship, the intern is required to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.
Estimated Salary Range:
$20.00-$31.00 hourly.
