Job description

Faulkner University is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to serve as Data Analytics Associate. The selected individual supports institutional decision-making by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of the mission driven culture of the university. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ. 

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Summary of Duties:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret institutional data to provide actionable insights for leadership
  • Assist with campus institutional research and planning activities that utilize university data
  • Organize and present complete data results that support an assigned project
  • Maintain a consistent level of knowledge on trends and technologies within analytics
  • Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data to support strategic planning and decision making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across departments
  • Serve as liaison between the Chief of Staff and other departments regarding data analytics initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field required
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience preferred
  • Active member of the church of Christ
