Develops and implements a treatment plan to address presenting problems. Provide clinical supervision to interns and sign off on their clinical hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Education/ Experience: Required Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Completion of CEU requirement as set by licensing board. 3 years, post degree completion, of field related experience required. Doctorate degree acceptable.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive mental health treatment via televideo. Determines the focus of the therapeutic relationship. Conducts pre, mid-point and post evaluation to determine success of therapeutic relation.
- Develops treatment plans, in conjunction with the patient, to address goals identified during the evaluation process.
- Provides time limited outpatient, clinical intervention and therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Assures linkage to needed community resources through arrangement for case management services.
- Participates in remote crisis coverage, as scheduled, for the evaluation of psychiatric emergencies at risk of hospitalization.
- Participates in remote consultation coverage, as scheduled, for the evaluation of psychiatric concerns identified by the treatment team in the hospital setting.
- Interprets psychiatric treatment to client's family/guardian and helps to reduce fear and stigma obstructing acceptance of mental health care and continuation of treatment.
- Actively participates in agency Joint Commission and quality improvement activities.
- Supervises Master or Doctorate level interns/students
- Complies with record completion requirement 100% of the time. Adheres to FCC requirements for supporting operational documentation.
- Facilitates and participates remotely in staff meetings and trainings
- Participates in revenue cycle strategies by securing registration to appropriate payer networks.

- Ability to conduct psychosocial evaluation of client, with special knowledge of recommended assessment strategies for life stages.
- Ability to conduct differential diagnosis to determine course of treatment.
- Clinical knowledge of Evidence Based and Trauma-Informed therapeutic interventions for the mentally ill and dually diagnosed individuals; throughout the age span.
- Ability to formulate treatment plans with achievable goals, objectives and treatment strategies.
- Knowledge of Client-Therapist relation stages and its progression
- General knowledge of community resources
- Supervisory skills and ability to train others
- Comfortable and well versed with computer programs
- Excellent communication skills
