Located in the trendy West Village Area, established and reputable downtown restaurant, Easy Bistro & Bar is seeking servers who are interested in working in a high quality and volume environment. We are looking for staff who have a passion for food, beverage and hospitality paired with a strong work ethic and desire to be part of a team.

Candidates must have a genuine appreciation for the hospitality business and a sincere desire to make guests feel special and welcome. Past experience working in a similar restaurant is beneficial for this job role. We display a sincere and authentic hospitality that makes every guest feel special.

An interest in and knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and food, plus an eagerness to learn are very important to us. We strongly believe in education and giving all of our staff the opportunity to grow with our company.

We are looking for candidates with full time availability and a minimum of 4 days per week.

We Pay $7.25 per Hour plus Full House Tip Share and Daily Family Meal.

Servers

Ideal candidates will be:

- Must have previous service experience

- Must have FULL TIME availability, weekends included

- Knowledge of food, wine and spirits

- Presentable in a professional manner

- Self-motivating individual who takes the initiative to execute daily responsibilities as well as proactive to take on additional duties with little supervision

- Customer-service oriented with a positive and team focused demeanor

- Respectful to both colleagues as well as customers

Responsibilities include:

Managing and overseeing the dining experience of each guest

Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience

Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
