- Operational Integration: Tightly link the UI with backend and ops workflows to create a reliable payments machine with clean audit trails.
- Data-Driven Growth: Instrument funnels and "confusion hotspots" to turn user behavior data into product improvements.
- Setting Standards: Establish the architecture, code quality, and release processes for the app layer.

- Product Intuition: You have a strong "taste" for intuitive AI and pay close attention to the psychology of features.
- Collaborative Nature: You are willing to get "out of localhost" to engage in family visits and collaborate with government agencies.
- High Standards: You have high expectations for yourself and a deep commitment to the quality of your work.
Benefits
Commitment, Compensation & BenefitsThis will be a big commitment, and we're aiming high. It needs to be something you are energised about taking on, or this isn't the team for you.
