This is how you will grow:

  • Improving / continuous improvement projects working hand-in-hand with MFE personnel
  • Updating routings in SAP and supporting in launches / industrialization of new variants
  • Creating work instructions, data setting sheets, and other documentation
  • Working with other MFEs and departments to improve OEE through process optimizations
  • Working with machining teams to improve overall process stability
  • Data analysis (scrap, quality, downtime) to define actions with the team
Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

  • Preferred B.S. Engineering (or equivalent experience working in engineering role for 5+ years)
  • NC / CNC programming (Siemens 840D preferred)
  • Machining, tool & die, or equivalent apprenticeship / training in lieu of degree optional
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ideal background in gear machining
  • Preferred background in machining, including turning, grinding, hobbing, etc.
  • Preferred hands-on experience with CNC machining and NC programming
  • Automotive machining background (steel + aluminum)
  • Experience working with hands-on for process improvements
