API Developer (Remote)

Job Summary:
ECOM is seeking an API Developer to deliver enterprise solutions to their customers. The role involves designing and developing high-end technology solutions that address complex problems across different industries.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test and deploy the API solution
• Ensure quality deliverables following the defined API standards
• Escalate issues as appropriate
• Framework deliverables for the sprint and estimate time and effort
• Perform life cycle management of API's
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of strong software development experience
• Cloud Hosting and Serverless development experience
• GraphQL experience
• Design Patterns, Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Tomcat experience
• SSO, Authentication & Authorization understanding
• Strong understanding of various API development environments
• Working knowledge of automating CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of data structures and integration patterns
Preferred:
• Good to have Python and JavaScript programming experience
• Microservice based architecture exposure would be a plus
