Lexus Club Supervisor, KeyBank Center

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Lexus Club Supervisor to join our team at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York. As a Lexus Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

• Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
• Schedule and oversight of all front of house team members for events including hosts, servers, bussers, bartenders, cleaners, up to 30 team members
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of team members
• Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
• Inspect club, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
• Oversee Lexus Club restaurant and catering operations
• Additional tasks as assigned by management

• Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
• Strong knowledge of food and wine
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• No college degree required

• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
