Job description

This Southern Illinois site needs an outpatient Family Medicine provider in a wonderful family friendly area. This location is just 1.5 hours from St. Louis and just 2 hours from Indianapolis, so you can enjoy major metro attractions. The organization is offering an excellent compensation and benefits package with full benefits, sign on, relocation, four weeks' vacation, paid holidaysm and retirement.
Salary Range = $230,000-$265,000 DOE.
Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.
M-F, no weekends.
Quality Bonus production incentives.
Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.
Relocation Bonus available.
CME time and money available.
Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.
