The Sr. Software Configuration Analyst for HR-related systems is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing generationrelated corporate vendor software solutions, including Commercial OffTheShelf (COTS) applications such as SAP HR. This role includes making key architectural decisions, enhancing solution performance, and ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to guide bestpractice adoption and continuously improve overall software quality.
