Hours: Part Time/ Flexible hours
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative services and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome.
Complete comprehensive evaluation of a client’s ADL skills, fine motor abilities, and/or sensory integration skills and develop appropriate plan of treatment as needed. Evaluate home and other environments, make recommendations for adaptive equipment and training in its use, and train staff on how to modify a task or activity to facilitate participation and enhance quality of life. Supervise student interns and occupational therapy assistant.
Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current OT license in Illinois
- Supervision experience is preferred
