Position Summary:
Allerium seeks an accomplished and mission-driven Sr. Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth across its Public Safety Solutions business unit. - Establish and monitor KPIs across the sales funnel: bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, and retention.
Business Unit Leadership
- Own P&L accountability for sales performance within the Public Safety Solutions unit.
- Define go-to-market positioning for call handling migrations (legacy to cloud/Mira) and OSP 911 delivery.
- Lead responses to RFPs and competitive bids for state and statewide NG9-1-1 contracts.

- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing sales teams.
- Experience selling to or partnering with Tier 1/2 wireless carriers on 911 network services.
- Familiarity with cloud-based migrations and SaaS/MRR-based government contract structures.
- Active relationships within APCO, NENA, or state 9-1-1 administrator communities.
