CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Structural Engineer Lead to join our Aviation Design Team in a hybrid work schedule, based from any of our office locations including Colonie, NY; Indianapolis, IN; Rochester, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Knoxville, TN.

The Structural Engineer Lead will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed phases of projects independently with other engineering disciplines and project management staff. This individual will continuously monitor the progress and performance of the engineering design development against the project work plan, mentor junior staff, and provide technical review when required. The ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented problem solver with a strong technical understanding of aviation design, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum of 4 years of discipline specific engineering experience required
• Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software such as AutoCAD and Revit; experience with Bluebeam is a plus
• Travel to client sites is required
