Description
Brothers Bar & Grill, The Shops at Northfield, Denver, CO has an immediate opening for a Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager. Qualified candidates must have previous restaurant management experience and possess confident culinary skills. Brothers Bar & Grill offers a complete, made-from scratch menu including appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entre' options. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including hiring, training, scheduling, inventory management and assuring outstanding guest experiences.
Salary: $55-62,000/year

Requirements
Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant kitchen management
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, POS systems and inventory software
• Full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management and customer satisfaction
• Detail oriented and well developed time management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coach, train and teach co-workers
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
