Bartender

Our Bartenders possess all the skills and abilities of exceptional servers plus extensive beer, liquor, and wine knowledge. This position offers opportunities to showcase one’s creativity, flair, speed, and accuracy in executing cocktails and suggesting pairings with menu. Great people skills, knowledge of drinks and menu, and attention to detail is the key to success in our busy bar spaces.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
· Uses the CRG service standards to interact with guests enjoying drinks or dinner in the bar area
· Fulfills service bar orders to ensure satisfaction for dining room guests
· Use of Aloha point of sale system a plus
· Possesses adequate licensing and certifications required to serve alcohol in the state
· Prior bartending experience in a restaurant environment is required
