POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises the operation of the casino services cashier and its staff on assigned shift. Promotes positive customer relations. Oversees Players Card activities of assigned shift ensuring the proper administration of comps to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following,
AUTHORITY/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervision of the operation of the Casino Services Department in compliance with departmental policies and the system of internal controls. Provides on the job staff training and development.
