Job Description:

You'll manage end to end IT program and project delivery for Network Systems for Wireless field operations to improve efficiency. You'll work closely with client and development teams to prioritize, drive and deliver complex IT projects for the wireless network.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between the business and IT

• Works with Strategic Business and Executive IT management to establish project goals and business case
• Helps set strategic IT direction and assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with division or senior/executive management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution
• Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget
• Lead project managers and teams in developing and executing a program plan ensuring that authorized resources are obtained to make certain that all activities are performed.
• Partner with development teams to prioritize and implement programs
• Help drive development end to end
• Program enablement
• Responsible for decomposition into Epics/features/user stories, and prioritizing Delivery Team Backlog.
• Facilitate product level processes and execution, manages risk, and responsibility for the value delivered.
• Pair with solution/portfolio architect driving end-to-end solutions.
• Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Division, Cross Division and Executive management
• Make recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues
• Coordinate resources to ensure program and business needs are addressed through proactive priority management with business leaders

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with Google Sheets, Slides and google drive, Google calendar and Google Mail
• Experience with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Jira
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently but ability to communicate status and achieve results
• Ability to be a strong driver and communicate and coordinate with all sorts of personalities
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet aggressive deadlines
• Ability to research information, analyze data, and make recommendations, plans of action, and formulate alternative resolutions and system improvements

• Must possess strong knowledge of computer operations and office software
• Must possess strong operational and trouble shooting skills for software resources
