Medical Courier Driver

A leading medical delivery company has immediate need for delivery service providers (Drivers - Independent Contractors) with routes originating out of Louisville, KY.

We deliver prescriptions and medical supplies to long term care facilities for a leading national provider.

This contract features the following routes.

Day Route: Runs Monday through Sunday with 2:00pm pickup, route takes approximately 4hrs. to complete

Night Route: Runs Monday through Sunday with 11:45pm pickup, route takes approximately 4hrs. to complete

(MUST be able to cover at least 3 days each week to contract with us)

STAT/ON-DEMAND ORDERS: Routes originate at any time from 12am to 6am; every day of the week. See below for pay. Contractors are welcome and encouraged to run STATS alongside their routed work.

Pay Breakdown: Routed Deliveries $0.45 per mile $4.50 per stop Minimum of $35 per route

Pay Breakdown: STAT/On-DEMAND Deliveries $0.85 per mile Minimum of $19 per order

Please be advised that majority of our clients REQUIRE you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This may affect route assignments.

Medical Courier Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must also be fluent in English
• Ability to lift 20-25 pounds
• 1099 Contractor delivery experience preferred, but not required
• Requires sharp attention to detail and a strong ability to keep a schedule
• Drivers must have a reliable vehicle for this contract
• Dependable and reliable track record
• A valid driver license
• Must be willing and able to drive in inclement weather (i.e. snow, ice, rain, wind)
• GPS knowledgeable
• Android or Apple based cell phone
• Collecting Electronic Proof of Delivery at every stop (POD'S)

• For routed deliveries, we pay $0.45 per mile for round trip routes and $4.50 per stop
• For Stat deliveries (on-demand deliveries) this contract pays $0.85 per mile with a minimum of $19 per delivery
• Minimum of $35 a day
• Reimbursement of tolls up to $9 for round trip runs
• Potential contractors have the opportunity to earn between $500.00-$1000 weekly.

• Drivers must be willing to adhere to COVID-19 Protocols and Hospital/Health System Requirements:
• Personal protective equipment (face covering) required
• Temperature screenings at delivery locations
