SAP EWM Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM, with strong expertise in warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and integration with SAP modules. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions to streamline supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions for warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Design and optimize inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, including goods receipt, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, TM, and other modules to enable seamless supply chain operations.
  • Customize and enhance EWM functionalities, including warehouse task creation, storage bin management, slotting, and labor management.
  • Lead business requirement gathering, blueprinting, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Support SAP EWM RF framework, including mobile device integration and warehouse automation.
  • Troubleshoot EWM issues and provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Assist in EWM migrations and upgrades, including transitioning from SAP WM to EWM.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse and supply chain best practices in system design.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP EWM, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA EWM features, including embedded and decentralized EWM.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse process design, resource management, and RF framework.
  • Proficiency in SAP EWM-MFS (Material Flow System), slotting, labor management, and yard management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP Integration (IDOCs, RFCs, APIs) with third-party logistics systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and transition strategies to EWM.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP EWM certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in automated warehouse solutions and robotics integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for warehouse management.
  • Understanding of cloud-based SAP EWM solutions.
