Quality Agents, LLC offers validation and quality expertise to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience leading SAP implementations or rollouts, working closely with business teams and SAP developers to deliver effective solutions.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in materials management, procurement planning, and batch traceability within biotech, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support SAP implementations and enhancements across modules.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional specs and collaborate with developers for technical configuration.
• Manage SAP master data accuracy (materials, vendors, BOMs, routings) and ensure integrity across supply chain processes.
• Support testing, training, go-live readiness, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation for functional specs, user procedures, training materials, and process maps.
• Monitor and manage material inventory levels, batch status, and expiration tracking using SAP.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SAP developers, and project managers to ensure smooth SAP implementations.
• Serve as the liaison between functional users and technical teams, ensuring business needs are met through scalable SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Clinical Supply, and Facilities to align supply chain operations with compliance and project timelines.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP in a functional or business analyst capacity.
• Proven track record of participating in or leading SAP implementations or rollouts - including requirements gathering, testing, training, and hypercare.
• Deep understanding of materials management, inventory control, and batch traceability in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical development.
• High proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and documentation.
