Quality Analyst

Location: L Columbus, Ohio

Duration: Long term

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

User acceptance testing (UAT) creation, execution, and reporting of test scenarios.

Provide resource requirements (both human and environment) for UAT based upon a release's scope; Track coordination and script assignment for resources during UAT.

Coordinate test scripting and execution with stakeholders.

Work with a team to monitor test plan execution and provide assistance and mentoring as needed; Consolidate information for stakeholder's review.

Condense and extract UAT activities into a daily dashboard status to be presented to stakeholders.

Process quality gate standards and metrics during the SDLC cycle, particularly for system testing and UAT.

Participate and lead various UAT strategy discussions based on release scope.

Provide input and functional scope items for test automation using Selenium and Cucumber automation frameworks.

Follow and ensure adherence to State UAT entrance requirements. Track and follow up on UAT entry exceptions.

Interact with stakeholders by explaining issues/defects/scheduled defect fixes in non-technical terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive QA and UAT lead experience.

Excellent written and oral skills for communicating with the UAT team, stakeholders, and other technical team members.

Minimum of seven years of experience with an Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment System created with rules and policies for SNAP, TANF and Medicaid programs.

Specific testing knowledge and experience with common federal agency reports such as FNS 583, TDR, OWN, SNAP performance reports, and CMS reports, or a minimum of six years' experience with strong functional and rules knowledge of Ohio Medicaid (LTC, OhioRise, CHIP Page 1 of 3 Statement of Work Quality Assurance Test Analysts for the Ohio Benefits Program etc.), Child Care, SNAP and TANF programs.

Knowledge of IMS and mass change processes (MMMNA, COLA, FPL) is preferred.

Minimum of five years' experience with coordinating test scripting and execution with team members and coordinating UAT activities with stakeholders and application development teams.

Minimum of two years' experience providing functional input for test automation using Selenium and Cucumber automation framework
