We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Center for Health Equity APEX Intern on our Center for Health Equity team. The first component of this Applied Practice Experience project involves the creation of a social impact investment economic tool to tangibly measure the benefit that AMA's investment as part of the West Side United initiative provides to the West Chicago communities in our effort to advance health equity. The second component will include the feasibility and usability assessment evaluation of the tool in order to monitor AMA's $1,000,000 investment loan in the West Side United. The final component will be a usability policy brief that can inform the field of health equity about the feasibility and usability of such a tool to measure progress towards advancing health equity through social impact investing.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. AMA's safety and policy protocols require proof of vaccination against COVID19 for employment at AMA. Employees may apply for a religious or medical exemption from getting the vaccine.
