Advance Testing Company, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Construction Materials Technician to work on projects in the Northeastern United States.
Advance Testing, an established New York-based construction materials testing and inspection firm, has opportunities available for individuals to perform testing and inspection of construction materials such as soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry and asphalt. Typical assignments include projects related to construction of roads, bridges, airports, tunnels, commercial and industrial buildings, schools, government and military sites, and material fabrication and production facilities.
Successful candidates will be trained and certified to perform sampling and testing of soil, concrete, and asphalt materials on construction sites and in a laboratory setting through locally and nationally recognized programs. Once trained and certified, employees are considered full-fledged Construction Materials Technicians.

Requirements:All positions may require lifting and/or physical activities, including lifting of up to 75 lbs., walking/working on uneven surfaces, and driving to and from job sites. The majority of our work is conducted outdoors, in all weather conditions. Work hours vary, but include day, night and weekend shifts.
