Real Estate Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Appraise commercial and residential properties to identify strategic real estate opportunities
- Assist with due diligence process, reviewing leases and other financial or historical records
- Assist with escrow process management
- Assist with listings or showings for client properties
- Analyze market and industry trends
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Real Estate Associate Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- Experience in real estate acquisition, valuation, or financing (2+ years preferred)
- State real estate license (or currently in pursuit of your license)
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
