Pool Manager Job Summary

Our recreational center has an immediate opening for a Pool Manager to oversee our aquatics department. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling employees, hiring and training new staff, supervising lifeguards, and inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure the safety of our patrons. During busy hours, you will also walk around the pool areas to enforce pool rules and policies. Administrative duties include documenting the number of daily visitors, requesting repairs or service, and developing new safety policies to ensure the safe use of our facilities.

  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
