Executive Administrative Assistant Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support to one of our executive-level employees. In this role, you screen their incoming calls, take notes during meetings, and manage their calendars, being sure to remind them about important meetings and presentations. You also make travel arrangements, submit expense reports, and draft correspondence on behalf of the executive. This is not an entry-level position; all applicants must have previous experience in an administrative assistant role, preferably for a senior-level employee. You must be able to work with absolute discretion.

Executive Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to one of our executive-level employees
  • Assist with calendaring
  • Screen incoming phone calls, taking messages when appropriate
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Draft correspondence
  • Submit expense reports
  • Take notes during meetings
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as needed, including data entry

Executive Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative support role required (3-5 years preferred)
  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to travel if required
