Packaging Operator – Franklin, Indiana
Looking for a long-term opportunity with at least 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience? This Elastics Packaging Operator role with a leading orthodontic product manufacturer could be a great fit for you!
This company produces high-quality orthodontic products used by dental professionals across the country. They offer a clean, climate-controlled work environment focused on quality, teamwork, and employee growth.
In this role, you’ll package and inspect small medical products, ensuring accuracy and quality in every order. Your attention to detail will play a key role in delivering safe and reliable products to customers.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers steady hours, a supportive team environment, and long-term career growth.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Elastics Packaging Operator Duties:
o Package orthodontic elastics into small patient packs
o Count and verify correct quantities per package
o Ensure correct size, color, and product type are accurate
o Label packages with correct product and lot information
o Perform quality checks to meet production standards

Schedule:
o 1st Shift
o Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
o Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Pay:
$16.50 per hour
o Bonus available after 3 and 6 months upon permanent hire

Elastics Packaging Operator Requirements:
o At least 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
o Strong attention to detail

o Ability to stand for the entire shift
