IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTE: This position is physically located in the beautiful town of Westcliffe, Colorado. We are actively seeking out-of-state and out-of-town candidates to join our team! About the Role

We are a small, tight-knit slaughter and processing facility. We are currently hiring for management positions in slaughter, and we are also adding to our processing and portion-cutting teams. We process mostly beef, but also specialize in bison, lamb, and pork products.


What You Will Do:

  • Perform slaughter, processing, and precise portion cutting of various meats (beef, bison, lamb, pork).
  • Safely handle heavy machinery and butchery tools.
  • Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to produce top-quality products.


Compensation & Perks

  • Experienced / Highly Skilled Labor: Up to $25.00/hour + Sign-On Bonus
  • Entry Level (Willing to Learn): $17.00 - $23.00/hour
  • Relocation Package available for the right candidate

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a slaughter facility is highly preferred. However, no experience is necessary, we are absolutely willing to train someone with grit, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
  • Physical Ability: Must be capable of handling the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting (50+ lbs) in a processing environment.
  • Reliability: We are looking for team players who are serious about their craft and show up ready to work.
