About the Role:

The Meat Processing Operator plays a critical role in the production and preparation of meat products within a processing facility. This position is responsible for operating machinery and equipment used in the cutting, trimming, and packaging of meat to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The operator must maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and company protocols to guarantee the hygiene and integrity of all products. Attention to detail and efficiency are essential to optimize production flow while minimizing waste. Responsibilities:
