Location: Lenoir City TN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, off weekends and all government holidays
Pay Rate: $14 -$16 an hour with weekly and daily attendance bonuses

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Facility Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing, cutting, packaging, and preparing meat products in a clean and safe environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Trim, cut, debone, and package meat products according to company and customer specifications
  • Operate processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Follow all HACCP, USDA, and company safety guidelines
  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors
  • Assist with inventory and labeling as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or manufacturing preferred but not required (training available)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a cold or refrigerated environment
