Nature & Purpose of Position
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform intake and data sanitization procedures on devices to be recycled and/or disposed of.
  • Schedule and complete regular transportation of equipment to the SHSU Property Office and SHSU satellite locations in The Woodlands and Conroe.
  • Responsible for general organization of department areas, including on-hand stock management and accounting.
  • Assist full-time employees with managing client requests, accounts receivable logistics, and inventory management.
  • Communicate with campus clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to demonstrate basic technology competencies regarding hardware and office-related applications. Data Security, Accounting, or Customer Service experience preferred.
