Job Description Summary

Responsible for supporting the asset management function within Raymond James' Technology department. This function is responsible for tracking software and hardware assets through the entirety of their lifecycle. This function is also responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.

Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Controls, tracks, and updates the receipt, identification, categorization, recording, and documentation of all IT assets for all hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud assets.

  • Support in defining, managing and governing IT Asset Management Processes for Raymond James, including: Software Asset, Hardware Asset, Asset Disposal, Asset Audit

  • Hardware / software internal record keeping.

  • Act as point of contact for Asset Management escalations from the end users.

  • Experience with ServiceNow's HAM/SAM modules preferred but not required.

  • Drive automation of IT Asset Processes, identifying opportunities for enhancements or efficiencies

  • Coordinates with other stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance for hardware and software assets.

  • May perform quality assurance on databases, systems, audits, and scans.

  • Support IT Asset Management day to day activities.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow experience

  • Financial services industry experience

  • Requirements gathering, issue tracking, risk management

  • Working knowledge of ITAM Lifecycle.
